Creative direction, project/agency management, and overall campaign manager for TikTok’s first concept retail shop in the heart of Melrose shopping district. The footprint was within a larger Glossier compound and was to serve as a platform for rotating programming and entertainment, physical meets digital retail shop for e-commerce endeavors, and ultimately stand as an experiential billboard for the brand. *Project was paused during construction due to shifting business goals

management of overall budget, marketing campaign, and direct line to internal executive leadership
