A fully immersive summit designed for YouTube’s top creators, transforming a Brooklyn venue into a physical manifestation of YouTube’s world. Inspired by urban landscapes, the summit wove together interactive brand moments, networking experiences, and content-driven engagements, fostering connection and creativity at every touchpoint.
Role: Creative Director @ MAS. Creative direction, concept ideation and strategic approach, guest experience and flow, design direction (visual, spatial), creative team management.

Encourage Content Creation – Design visually compelling, interactive spaces that naturally inspire social sharing and storytelling.
Enhance Learning & Growth – Provide insightful programming and breakout sessions tailored to creators’ evolving needs.
Create Unforgettable Brand Moments – Build immersive, city-inspired activations that spark excitement, engagement, and long-lasting brand affinity.
Strategy
Urban Immersion: By reinterpreting familiar city elements (cafés, subway signage, parks), we created a tactile and relatable world that invited creators to explore.
Personalization & Participation: From custom apparel stations to interactive Boost Bars, creators engaged hands-on, making the experience uniquely theirs.
Seamless Content Capture: High-design, visually rich settings encouraged natural content creation, extending the event’s reach beyond the physical space.
Curated Guest Flow: Thoughtful transitions between programming, social hours, and activations ensured an intuitive and frictionless journey.
Welcome to Creator Heights – a hyper-branded neighborhood that brings the digital creator world to life. The summit transformed everyday urban elements—cafés, street signs, parks—into uniquely YouTube spaces, creating an environment that was both familiar and highly shareable. The experience balanced physical and digital storytelling, seamlessly guiding creators through interactive engagements, content sessions, and social gatherings.
The summit began at Main Street, a high-energy welcome area designed to set the tone for the weekend, complete with a NYC-inspired wheatpaste wall.
The Tailor Shop offered a hands-on, highly interactive merch experience where creators personalized YouTube-branded apparel. Inspired by NYC’s garment district, the space blended craftsmanship with self-expression, featuring three local artisans specializing in screen printing, patchwork, and chain stitch embroidery.
It wasn’t ALL business, though. The Pool and Wellness Deck offered up shareable, lighthearted social moments - while sometimes getting your heart rate up. Creators could stretch their legs off campus as well, with a curated bike ride along the East River.
Various breakouts and creator-led conversations were designed to foster peer learning and industry insights while held in unexpected locations like the Vale Garden or the Rooftop Florist.
The Creator Café served as a dynamic social hub that blurred the lines between relaxation, networking, and brand storytelling, with the Boost Bar serving up custom drinks and breakout groups digging into essential topics.
The Main Stage, inspired by the bold architecture of New York City, hosted high-energy keynotes and intimate breakout discussions, and even a magic show to kick off the event.
Group meals and ice cream social hours kept the energy high and gave Creators lots of opportunities to connect and learn from one another.
What’s a city without its own Dog Park? During the last social hour of the retreat, Creators captured content of and snuggled with adoptable puppies, in partnership with a local Brooklyn shelter.
